Product is great, Service is Poor

The product itself is great. It took a month to get here (was on backorder, which we were not notified of until a week after ordering), tried to reach customer service for an update and to correct a shipping address error. Ended up leaving multiple voicemails with no return call.
FINALLY got an email stating my calls were received (no action about them, just that they were received). When I asked for a tracking number for shipping I was told I would get one and never did. So we just got to hope that it was coming and hope that it was being sent to the correct address.
I would rather pay more upfront to be able to have an actual response than to go through this company again.
